Ready to Go!

100 pounds and what feels like 100 hours later I'm packed and ready for Denmark. I'll be flying out of Philadelphia at 12pm, out of Newark at 5, and arriving at Katstrup in Copenhagen at 7:20am Sunday.



My host mom, Lisbeth, will meet me and take me to her home in Køge, a seaport 39 kilometers southwest of Copenhagen. I will be commuting to Copenhagen at least 4 days a week for classes via the s-tog (train).

    Hi Cara,
    My mom sent me a link to your wonderful blog. I know my mom is very excited to have you and that your stay will improve her English immensely. Love seeing all the pictures and truly feel a little 'home sick' even after living here for so long. Danish culture and humor is the greatest. Enjoy and bring lots of life experience home :)
